What is causing my headaches for the last 4 months? - does sinus cysts give your eyes dark circles

In the 4.5 months I had a headache in progress. I wake up with them to go with them to sleep. I am taking medication, but nothing works. I had a CT scan of my sinus cavity, which were normal up to a cyst. I had an MRI of the brain, which is also normal. I had blood tests to check my vitamin A, B12, D and the amount of magnesium and iron. Everything came back normal. The pain is in the top of the neck and InBetween and behind my eyes. Has anyone suggestions on what I can try to alleviate, or why they occur? Thank you.
