I have tried soaking the grapes / fruit into egg whites then roll in sugar, thin and regular ..... do not go as planned.

  1. a sugar syrup (equal sugar boiled in water and reduced to 1 / 2)
    cool
    put in spray bottle
    Fog and fruit sauce
Do not soak the fruit just a slight turbidity

  2. Protein?? thats disgusting you get salmonella? Treatment of water instead of fruit and shoot him. depends on the type of fruit you use. Bowler, whose use or peeled. WASTE rather things like grapes, cherries, strawberries, blueberries.
    Good luck

  3. I do not recommend the consumption of raw eggs in any format.

With a pastry brush, you can try coating the fruit with corn syrup or jam or jelly is melted.
